Customer account

To create a Customer Account, the Customer shall register using the registration form, providing the information specified in the registration form, including, in particular, an email address, password, address details, and contact details. The password provided when logging in to the Store may consist of letters, numbers, and/or special characters. The password is unique to each Customer. The password can be changed in the Customer Account by providing the email address and a new password. The user login is the Customer's email address provided during registration. Creating a Customer Account is free of charge and optional. Registration is not a condition for placing an order in the Store. The Customer may place an order via the online Store without prior registration by using the order form. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information.

Orders

Product information presented in the Online Store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code, but constitutes an invitation to enter into a sales agreement. Placing an order constitutes an offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code, submitted by the Customer to the Seller.

The Customer has two ways to place an order:

  • placing an order after registration, via the Customer Account,
  • placing an order without registration, via the order form.

To place an order, the Customer should add the product they intend to purchase to the "Cart". Adding a product to the "Cart" is not equivalent to placing an order. Products can be freely added to or removed from the "Cart".

A Customer who has a Customer Account, after logging in and finally adding products to the "Cart", is redirected to a form used for placing orders, in order to provide the delivery method and payment method. Then the Customer is redirected to the order summary. The order is placed by selecting the "Buy and pay" button.

A Customer who does not have a Customer Account, after finally adding products to the "Cart", is redirected to a form used for placing orders, in order to provide the address, payer details, delivery method, and payment method. Then the Customer is redirected to the order summary. The order is placed by selecting the "Buy and pay" button.

A condition for placing an order is reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions, which the Customer confirms before placing the order by checking the appropriate box in the order form.

Pressing the "Buy and pay" button means that the Customer is placing an order with an obligation to pay.

Information about the total value of the order, which includes the price of the goods and the costs of their delivery, is always provided on the Online Store page during the order placement process, including before the Customer directly confirms and places the order. These are the total costs that the Customer is obliged to pay, together with the applicable taxes and costs of delivering the goods.

After placing the order, the Seller immediately sends the Customer information about the acceptance of the order (acceptance of the offer) to the email address provided when placing the order or associated with the Customer Account. The agreement is concluded at the moment the Seller sends the Customer information about the acceptance of the order.

Along with the information about the acceptance of the order, the Seller sends the Customer PDF attachments in the form of these Terms and Conditions, a notice of the right of withdrawal from the agreement, a model withdrawal statement, and a model complaint form.

The Customer can place orders in the Online Store at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Customer may pay for the goods in the order placed in the following ways:

  • in cash upon personal collection at the Seller's retail outlet,
  • in cash (cash on delivery) upon delivery of the goods by the carrier,
  • by bank transfer or by payment into the Seller's bank account,
  • by online payment via the Przelewy24 payment gateway. The entity providing online payment services for fast transfers and card payments is PayPro S.A.

Deliveries are made on business days, from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not carried out on weekends and public holidays in accordance with the Act of 18 January 1951 on Public Holidays.

The costs of delivering the goods, which the Customer bears in addition to the price of the goods, are provided on the online Store website when placing the order.

Upon delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the benefits and burdens associated with the item, as well as the risk of its accidental loss or damage, pass to the Buyer. Delivery of the goods is considered to have taken place when the Customer receives them from the carrier or forwarder.

The Customer is advised, where possible, to inspect the goods upon delivery of the shipment and in the presence of a representative of the entity performing the transport or forwarding. In the event that any damage to the shipment is discovered, the Customer is also advised to draw up a proper report and contact the Seller immediately.

A Customer who has entered into a distance contract via the Online Store may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.

The Seller shall refund the payments using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer has indicated a different refund method in the statement of withdrawal, which does not involve any costs for the Customer.
